I’m a creative, research-driven design leader and strategist.

Currently, I’m a Staff Researcher and Service Designer at H-E-B.

About Me

I discovered my love of design research and service design through my past lives in international strategy, consulting, and process improvement.

As a researcher and designer, I’ve entered the worlds of grocery customers, retail media specialists, procurement professionals, fintech entrepreneurs, offering managers, and consultants.

Together with my teams, I’ve derived insights that have led to the creation of new products and new strategies, driving user and business value along the way.

I’m looking for an opportunity to expand my scope in my next role, tackling bigger design or team challenges at the right organization.
